1. Payment Verification and Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification before processing.

  • Orders are not processed immediately upon placement
  • We start preparing the order only after payment confirmation has been received and credited to our account
  • This process generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method and banking network

This step ensures transaction security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance in line with EU consumer law.

2. Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during standard working hours, excluding Spanish public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your invoice
  • A tracking number and direct link to the courier’s tracking page for real-time delivery updates

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order or payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with EU trade regulations, we do not ship to:

  • Countries under international sanctions or trade restrictions
  • Locations where import laws prohibit the sale of sports equipment

5. Handling and Delivery Conditions

All products are professionally packaged to minimize the risk of transport damage.

  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product before signing the courier’s delivery confirmation
  • Any visible damage must be reported immediately to both the courier and Sport Extra Zoom within 24 hours
  • Delivery includes curbside or building entrance delivery unless otherwise specified in the shipping options
  • Installation or unboxing services are not included unless booked separately

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, unforeseen events may cause delays, such as:

  • Customs clearance delays in non-EU destinations
  • Global supply chain disruptions (e.g., port congestion, fuel shortages, pandemic-related restrictions)
  • Local delivery restrictions in certain regions

We will keep you informed of any significant delay and work with logistics partners to minimize disruptions.
